I love Scott Pape. His books and articles are down to earth, no nonsense and easy to read. They're also fun and the things he suggests you do to change your financial situation generally involve date nights and alcohol!
While Scott's based in Australia and some of the companies he recommends are available only in Australia, the principles are the same worldwide.
If you want to revisit your finances and get out of debt, this is a brilliant book to start with.
